Mar 22, 2017 · I can see why the Bowflex 1090 has both fans and critics of the dumbbells…on one hand they’re very easy to dial and use but on the other, they’re plastic and overall the cheaper made of the three best choices. I also found the overall length and loading system from the end to the middle was odd.

Nov 15, 2018 · Walmart is selling the Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Dumbbells for $194. Reg price is showing $374 on the Walmart site but other retailers sell this model for $700 plus. This the higher end version which offers each dumbbell to adjust from 10 to 90lbs! Great deal for anyone that doesn’t want to lug around 17 different set of dumbbells.
