The resisted ab crunch and resisted twist are good too. Stock weight is a little low for some exercises but since it's at home I have no issue.
It stores upright completely out of the way. For the price, totally worth it. It keeps motor patterns alive while you train at home. Even used, putting all the bands on the hook feels about like 100 lbs. maybe 80. Good for high rep lat pull down and horizontal rows. I use it as a finisher after barbell training to keep that motor memory alive.

I've never met someone who consistently uses a Bowflex. Everyone I know who consistently works out does it with free weights at home or at the gym. The limited range you get from a machine simply won't match the potential of the full motion you get from free weights. In this community any machine that restricts motion will be viewed hesitantly.
I bought a Bowflex Revolution in order to supplement my home gym with cable exercises and leg press. For me it was important that it take up minimal space, is easily portable when I move (I'm Military), and has longevity. I can tell you it's great for the first two and I've had it over a year now with no issues.
